Where am I

I founded the business in 2000, with a laboratory-shop in the town of S. Margherita Ligure (GE), following several years of apprenticeship in which I integrated personal experiments with the teachings of expert ceramists, acquiring vast and in-depth experience in the sector.

Weathering, erosion and sedimentation

Clay is a natural material formed after the great geological upheavals of our planet, from the decomposition of felspatik rocks accumulate in deposits especially in the deep sea. With the tectonic movements that led to the formation of the mountains these deposits have resurfaced and the clay was often transported long distances by water and wind and sedimented elsewhere, having collected numerous impurities including iron oxide that gives the red coloration and the calcium carbonate which produces a yellowish color.
